Job Overview
The primary purpose of this position is to lead the successful deployment and integration of the VipEx and Loss Cost Tree (LCT) initiatives within the region, embedding these programs into the operational culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that the current year's VipEx and LCT targets are met while identifying forthcoming initiatives to build a robust pipeline for the coming years.
- Inculcate a continuous improvement mindset across all regional and market organizations, including ISC, commercial, and financial teams, to foster a growth-oriented culture.
- Collaborate with the Group ISC capability team to leverage existing resources in support of the LCT and VipEx initiatives.
- Promote the Performance Management foundations of the Carlsberg Excellence framework to identify all loss-saving opportunities with a zero-loss mindset across the entire supply chain, ensuring that these principles are integrated into all functions and markets.
- Utilize performance management foundational capabilities, including priorities deployment, PMS, and problem-solving techniques, to effectively address losses.
- Lead a continuous improvement program that focuses on developing performance and efficiency targets for the region.
- Drive enhancements in Supply Chain operations through the effective application of Carlsberg Excellence methodologies to eliminate waste and non-value-added activities in every aspect of the supply chain.
- Ensure adherence to all Carlsberg standard methods, tools, and processes in alignment with regional and global agreements.
- Train, coach, and assess the implementation of the complete Carlsberg Excellence Journey, including foundational elements and all relevant pillars.
- Actively support the ongoing development and deployment training of the Carlsberg Excellence Journey to local leadership teams, ensuring a clear understanding of organizational needs at each maturity phase.
