We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Director of Food and Beverage to join us at The Park Gstaad, A Four Seasons Hotel in Switzerland!

Key Responsibilities

As the Director of Food and Beverage, reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our daily Food and Beverage operations while providing exceptional service and care to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Selecting, managing, and developing our Food and Beverage team.
• Being visible in operations to recognize guests and cultivate new relationships.
• Collaborating closely with the Executive Chef to plan and develop menus and wine lists.
• Controlling expenses through effective planning, budgeting, and purchasing decisions.
• Implementing policy-making and inventory control measures.
• Ensuring our guests experience the highest levels of service excellence.

You will possess a unique talent for building, leading, coaching, and developing a strong team, ensuring that employees feel supported and valued, and creating an outstanding workplace for all to provide remarkable experiences.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Our ideal Director of Food and Beverage candidate will have:

• A passion for maintaining the highest standards of service.
• Extensive experience in Food and Beverage management within luxury resorts.
• A strong focus on team development and a creative vision with personal flair for all food and beverage experiences.
• Essential pre-opening experience, with a minimum of five to seven years in diverse management positions in the Food and Beverage sector.
• Fluency in both German and English is required, along with eligibility to work in the EU.
