Your Tasks

You will assume overall responsibility for finance and accounting within the corporate group, ensuring professional financial management. Key responsibilities include:

• Preparation of financial statements
• Consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting
• Financial and liquidity planning
• Developing controlling and management reporting
• Creating sound decision-making bases for management
• Tax coordination and collaboration with banks, auditing firms, and external partners
• Driving digitization and optimization of financial processes
• Leading the finance & HR specialist

As a member of the management team, you will actively contribute to the company's further development.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A higher education in finance and accounting or a comparable business qualification
• Several years of experience in a responsible financial role
• Solid knowledge of accounting according to OR, controlling, budgeting, and consolidation
• Proficiency in using ERP systems and Excel; BI experience is an advantage

You will be recognized for your entrepreneurial thinking, analytical strength, and structured, solution-oriented working style. As a trustworthy personality, you will serve as a sparring partner for management and executives.
