  • Collaborate with RWE teams, Global Data Science, and local stakeholders to guide initiatives, align strategies, and optimize the use of in-country data assets.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (PhD, MD, PharmD, or Master’s) in a relevant healthcare field preferred (e.g., epidemiology, health economics, public health, biostatistics, data science).
  • At least 5+ years of experience in real-world evidence, HEOR, data strategy, or related roles in pharma or healthcare.
  • Proven ability to lead evidence and data strategy initiatives with a holistic, business-aligned approach.
  • Strong expertise in real-world data sources, with hands-on experience in leveraging RWD for strategic insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of success in global, cross-functional environments.
