Are you ready to drive data-powered impact on a global scale? As our Director of Evidence & Data Strategy, you will lead the development of a focused evidence and data strategy across our International Operations. This position offers you the opportunity to turn data into strategy, and strategy into meaningful global health impact.

The Position

In this impactful role, you will design and implement a tailored evidence and data strategy that informs market access, commercial, and clinical decision-making. You will work closely with global, regional, and local teams, as well as with Data Science and Scientific Communications, to fill critical evidence gaps and unlock the value of real-world data across diverse healthcare markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an evidence and data strategy tailored to International Operations (IO) markets, aligned with global integrated evidence generation plans.
  • Identify and prioritize clinical, economic, and regulatory evidence needs and gaps across IO countries.
  • Guide pre- and post-launch evidence generation to support market access, commercial success, and clinical adoption.
  • Monitor and assess competitors’ real-world evidence strategies to inform proactive planning.
  • Collaborate with RWE teams, Global Data Science, and local stakeholders to guide initiatives, align strategies, and optimize the use of in-country data assets.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (PhD, MD, PharmD, or Master’s) in a relevant healthcare field preferred (e.g., epidemiology, health economics, public health, biostatistics, data science).
  • At least 5+ years of experience in real-world evidence, Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), data strategy, or related roles in pharma or healthcare.
  • Proven ability to lead evidence and data strategy initiatives with a holistic, business-aligned approach.
  • Strong expertise in real-world data sources, with hands-on experience in leveraging Real-World Data (RWD) for strategic insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of success in global, cross-functional environments.
