Position: Relationship Manager

The Relationship Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients, providing access to the complete suite of wealth management capabilities and solutions offered by Deutsche Bank Wealth Management. This role involves close collaboration with the Investment Manager in day-to-day client planning and servicing. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, managing, and maintaining overall relationships with clients to ensure a holistic experience.
  • Acting as the primary contact for client inquiries and issues, ensuring high standards of service.
  • Identifying and acquiring new clients while growing existing relationships, with a focus on building sustainable long-term connections.
  • Managing a private client portfolio of high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals, particularly from the Turkish market.
  • Conducting frequent travels to engage with prospective clients and explore new business opportunities.
  • Proving a track record of attracting new clients and assets from the Turkish market.
  • Working collaboratively with the Investment Manager to deepen client relationships.
  • Keeping abreast of regulatory frameworks and client-impacting initiatives.
  • Proactively identifying client needs and involving relevant specialists to enhance service offerings.
  • Participating in marketing and networking events to further promote our wealth management services.
  • Ensuring compliance with all internal and external regulations and managing potential conflicts.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong investment acumen and understanding of regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven experience in business development within the Turkish market and a solid client network.
  • Self-starter with leadership qualities and the ability to mentor junior staff.
  • CFA or MBA preferred, along with 10 or more years of relevant experience.
  • Fluency in English and Turkish is required; additional languages are a plus.
