Position: Relationship Manager
The Relationship Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients, providing access to the comprehensive suite of wealth management services and solutions offered by Deutsche Bank Wealth Management. This role involves close collaboration with the Investment Manager for effective day-to-day client planning and servicing.

Key Responsibilities
- Developing, managing, and maintaining overall client relationships to ensure a holistic client experience.
- Being the primary contact for addressing and resolving client complaints.
- Identifying and acquiring new clients that align with the bank's business proposition and expanding existing client relationships.
- Managing a private client portfolio consisting of high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals from the Turkish market.
- Building and sustaining relationships in the region, with frequent travel to engage prospective new clients.
- Delivering on revenue and asset growth targets commensurate with a director-level position.
- Collaborating as a team with the Investment Manager and Institutional Wealth Partner to strengthen client relationships.
- Advising clients within the required regulatory framework while remaining updated on relevant initiatives.
- Proactively identifying client lending and financing needs.
- Conducting continuous market analysis to identify potential client leads and opportunities.
- Owning all anti-money laundering (AML) aspects of client relationships, including timely and quality Know Your Customer (KYC) processes.
- Participating in relevant client marketing, commercial, and social events.
- Upholding the team’s operational rhythm, leading by example.
- Collaborating with other divisions to deliver Deutsche Bank’s value proposition effectively.
- Contributing to the high-performance goals and strategies of the team.
- Adhering to professional, legal, and ethical standards, managing potential reputational risks.
Skills Required
- Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and execution capability.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong investment acumen.
- Good understanding of the regulatory framework, including confidentiality, data protection regulations, and cross-border rules.
- Professional integrity with a proven track record in the Turkish market.
- Self-starter with a willingness to mentor and develop team members.
- CFA or MBA degree, or other advanced qualifications are a plus.
- Fluency in both English and Turkish is essential; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
