About Hamilton Medical

Your Impact

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to:

• Strategically develop IT initiatives that facilitate global business scaling.
• Drive digitization efforts in a highly regulated environment, including compliance with ISO13485, FDA, EU-MDR, and MDSAP.
• Ensure cybersecurity and compliance with ISO27001, alongside meeting medical device regulatory standards.
• Lead IT governance and operational management within a team of 25 employees to begin with.
• Foster a culture of innovation and openness to new developments and best practices.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should bring the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in computer science, business informatics, digitization, or a related field.
• Several years of experience managing the IT department of an international company.
• A proven track record in IT organization design and transformation.
• Experience in initiating and implementing digitization and automation of complex business processes.
• A determined, reliable, communicative, and resilient personality.
• Excellent written and spoken skills in English and German.
