How You Can Make a Difference

• Strategically develop IT to scale our business globally.
• Drive digitization in a highly regulated environment, including ISO13485, FDA, EU-MDR, and MDSAP.
• Ensure cybersecurity and compliance with ISO27001 as well as medical device regulatory standards.
• Oversee IT governance and operational management of the IT department, initially leading a team of 25 employees.
• Promote a culture of innovation and openness to new developments and best practices.

What You Bring

• A Master’s degree in computer science, business informatics, digitization, or a similar field.
• Several years of experience managing the IT department of an international company.
• Experience in IT organization design and transformation.
• A strong track record in initiating and implementing digitization and automation of complex business processes.
• A determined, reliable, communicative, and resilient personality.
• Excellent written and spoken English and German skills.
