Your Impact

- Provide expertise on ESG software solutions related to our consulting engagements, reinforcing the trust and quality we deliver to our clients.
- Lead and manage consulting engagements across diverse aspects of digital sustainability, focusing on the end-to-end implementation of ESG software solutions such as SAP, Sphera, and Enablon.
- Utilize your prior experience in a dynamic and exhilarating field, tackling sustainability and climate change challenges.
- Enhance your professional, technical, and project-oriented knowledge within the framework of client management and people development.

Your Skill Set
- A master’s degree in a relevant discipline such as natural sciences, social sciences, engineering, or economics, preferably with a focus on sustainability or environmental sciences.
- 15 to 20 years of firsthand experience in delivering and implementing digital sustainability projects, with consulting experience considered a distinct advantage.
- A demonstrated high level of leadership experience with clients, colleagues, and thought leadership.
- A solid understanding of sustainability issues and trends, alongside familiarity with the policy landscape surrounding climate change.
- Strong expertise in the ESG software environment, with a quantitative grasp of numbers and the ability to develop innovative solutions for complex sustainability challenges.
- A capacity to work independently while being a collaborative team player, displaying the flexibility and mobility essential in a consulting environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; proficiency in German and/or French is advantageous.
