Your Impact

- Lead and manage consulting engagements focused on the end-to-end implementation of ESG software solutions such as SAP, Sphera, and Enablon.

Your Skill Set
- A master's degree in a relevant discipline such as natural sciences, social sciences, engineering, or economics, preferably with a focus on sustainability or environmental sciences.
- At least 15 to 20 years of hands-on experience in delivering and implementing digital sustainability projects; consulting experience is a distinct advantage.
- A proven track record of leadership in client management, team dynamics, and thought leadership.
- A solid understanding of sustainability issues and trends, along with insights into the policy landscape surrounding climate change.
- Strong expertise in the ESG software environment, complemented by a quantitative understanding of metrics, enabling innovative solutions for complex sustainability challenges.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, demonstrating the flexibility and mobility essential in a consulting environment.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English; proficiency in German and/or French is a plus.
