Your Impact

- Lead and manage consulting engagements that focus on the end-to-end implementation of ESG software solutions, such as SAP, Sphera, and Enablon.
- Utilize prior experience in a dynamic and exciting field, contributing to sustainability and climate change initiatives.

Your Skill Set
- A master's degree in a relevant discipline, such as natural sciences, social sciences, engineering, or economics, ideally with an emphasis on sustainability or environmental sciences.
- 15 to 20 years of firsthand experience in delivering and implementing digital sustainability projects, with consulting experience being a significant advantage.
- A proven track record of leadership across clients, teams, and thought leadership initiatives.
- A solid understanding of sustainability issues and trends, alongside familiarity with the policy landscape surrounding climate change.
- Strong expertise within the ESG software environment, coupled with a quantitative grasp of data, enabling the development of innovative solutions to complex sustainability challenges.
- Ability to work independently while excelling as a collaborative team player, showing the flexibility and mobility needed in a consulting environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; proficiency in German and/or French is a plus.
