Your Impact
In this role, you will manage engagements with clients and PwC teams, serving as a pivotal link within our organization. You will execute and provide advice on ESG software solutions related to our consulting engagements, reinforcing the trust and quality we deliver to our clients. You will lead and manage consulting projects focusing on the end-to-end implementation of ESG software solutions such as SAP, Sphera, and Enablon.
Drawing from your previous experience in this dynamic and exciting field of sustainability and climate change, you will utilize and deepen your professional, technical, and project-oriented knowledge within the context of client management and the development of our team. You will actively shape your long-term career through internal and external training opportunities, as well as coaching from seasoned colleagues.
Your Skill Set
- You hold a master's degree in a relevant discipline such as natural sciences, social sciences, engineering, or economics, preferably with a focus on sustainability or environmental sciences.
- You have at least 15–20 years of firsthand experience delivering and implementing digital sustainability projects, with consulting experience being a significant advantage.
- You can demonstrate a high level of leadership experience with clients, team members, and thought leadership initiatives.
- You possess a solid understanding of sustainability issues and trends, along with knowledge of the policy landscape surrounding climate change.
- You have strong expertise in the ESG software environment, a quantitative grasp of data, and the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex sustainability challenges.
- You are capable of working independently while also being a strong team player, showing the flexibility and mobility necessary in the consulting environment.
- You possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English; knowledge of German and/or French is an advantage.
