Your Impact
- Manage engagements with clients and PwC teams, serving as a crucial link within our organization.
- Provide expertise and advice on ESG software solutions related to our consulting engagements, enhancing the trust and quality we deliver to our clients.
- Lead and manage consulting engagements focused on the end-to-end implementation of ESG software solutions such as SAP, Sphera, and Enablon.
- Utilize your previous experience in a dynamic and stimulating field concerned with sustainability and climate change.
- Deepen your professional and technical knowledge while managing client relationships and contributing to the development of our team members.
- Shape your long-term career goals through internal and external training, as well as coaching from experienced colleagues.
Your Skill Set
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline within natural sciences, social sciences, engineering, or economics, ideally with a focus on sustainability or environmental sciences.
- A minimum of 15–20 years of firsthand experience in delivering and implementing digital sustainability projects, with a distinct advantage for consulting experience.
- Proven leadership abilities in managing clients, teams, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Strong understanding of sustainability issues, emerging trends, and the policy landscape surrounding climate change.
- Expertise in the ESG software environment, with a quantitative understanding of data and the ability to develop innovative solutions for complex sustainability challenges.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with the necessary flexibility and mobility for the consulting environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; proficiency in German and/or French is a plus.
