Your Impact
You will manage engagements with clients and PwC teams, serving as a crucial link within our organization. In this role, you will execute and provide advice regarding ESG software solutions related to our consulting engagements, thereby enhancing the trust and quality we deliver to our clients. You will lead and manage consulting projects on various aspects of digital sustainability, focusing on the end-to-end implementation of ESG software solutions such as SAP, Sphera, and Enablon. Your previous experience will be invaluable in navigating this dynamic and exciting field of sustainability and climate change.
Your role will also allow you to deepen your professional, technical, and project-oriented knowledge within the framework of client management and the development of our people. You will shape your long-term career goals through both internal and external training, as well as through coaching from experienced colleagues.
Your Skill Set
- You hold a master's degree in a relevant discipline within the fields of natural sciences, social sciences, engineering, or economics, preferably with a focus on sustainability or environmental sciences.
- You have accumulated at least 15-20 years of firsthand experience in delivering and implementing digital sustainability projects, with consulting experience considered a distinct advantage.
- You demonstrate a high level of leadership experience in managing clients, leading people, and providing thought leadership.
- You possess a solid understanding of sustainability issues and trends, as well as the policy landscape surrounding climate change.
- You have strong expertise within the ESG software environment, a quantitative understanding of data, and the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex sustainability challenges.
- You are capable of working independently while also being a strong team player and possess the flexibility and mobility required in a consulting environment.
- You possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English; knowledge of German and/or French is an advantage.
