Your Impact

You will play a vital role in managing engagements with clients and PwC teams, serving as a crucial layer within our organization. By executing and advising on ESG software solutions related to our consulting engagements, you will help uphold the trust and quality we are known for. You will take the lead in managing consulting engagements that focus on various aspects of digital sustainability, ensuring the end-to-end implementation of ESG software solutions such as SAP, Sphera, and Enablon. Your previous experience will be invaluable in this dynamic and exciting field of sustainability and climate change.

You will be encouraged to shape your long-term career goals through internal and external training opportunities, as well as through coaching from experienced colleagues.

Your Skill Set

• You hold a master's degree in a relevant discipline, such as natural sciences, social sciences, engineering, or economics, ideally with a focus on sustainability or environmental sciences.
• You have 15 to 20 years of firsthand experience in delivering and implementing digital sustainability projects, with consulting experience being a distinct advantage.
• You can demonstrate a high level of leadership in managing clients, mentoring team members, and providing thought leadership.
• You possess a solid understanding of sustainability issues and trends, as well as the policy landscape surrounding climate change.
• You have strong expertise in the ESG software environment, a quantitative understanding of data, and the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex sustainability challenges.
• You are capable of working independently while also being an effective team player, demonstrating the flexibility and mobility required in a consulting environment.
• You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English, and proficiency in German and/or French is an added advantage.
