Your Skill Set
- A Master’s degree (or a comparable qualification) and at least 8 years of relevant professional experience in deal and/or consulting projects at a reputable consulting firm or a Big 4 company.
- Strong project management skills with experience across the M&A lifecycle, particularly in separation and/or integration projects.
- Cross-border deal experience between the US/EU and/or US/APAC is a plus.
- A comprehensive understanding of specific business functions within the deal environment, including Marketing & Sales, Supply Chain, and IT.
- Experience in several areas, including:
- Leading aspects of a separation/integration program and managing a PMO (IMO and/or SMO).
- Planning and executing separations and/or integrations.
- Creating Integration & Separation (Carve-Out) Readiness Assessments and preparing for Day 1, Day 100, and Day 2.
- Operating Model Design and Implementation.
- Developing Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs) including pricing, and corresponding TSA exit plans.
- You are comfortable advising clients from diverse industries, with a proven track record in the Consumer Markets sector being an advantage.
