Your Skill Set

Master's degree (or equivalent qualifications) and at least 8 years of relevant professional experience in deal and/or consulting projects at a reputable consulting firm or Big4.

Strong project management skills with experience across the M&A lifecycle, specifically in separation and/or integration projects.

Cross-border deal experience between the US/EU and/or US/APAC is advantageous.

Comprehensive understanding of specific business functions in the deal environment (e.g., Marketing & Sales, Supply Chain, IT).

Experience in several of the following areas:
- Leading (part of) a separation/integration program and running a PMO (IMO and/or SMO).
- Planning and executing separations and/or integrations.
- Creating Integration & Separation (Carve-Out) Readiness Assessments and preparing for Day 1, Day 100, and Day 2.
- Operating Model Design and Implementation.
- Developing TSAs (including pricing) and corresponding TSA exit plans.

Comfortable advising clients from various industries, with a proven track record in the Consumer Markets industry being an advantage.
