As a pivotal member of our team, you will lead and support high-stakes consulting projects for key industry players. This role involves building and continuously maintaining trusting relationships with both internal and external partners.
You will take the helm of complex separation and integration projects, ensuring their successful execution within a multinational environment. Your expertise will be crucial in designing and implementing operating models and developing detailed separation or integration plans that maximize the value creation potential of transactions.

Your Skill Set
- A Master's degree (or comparable qualifications) with at least 8 years of relevant professional experience in deal and/or consulting projects, preferably at a renowned consulting firm or Big4.
- Demonstrated strong project management skills and experience across the M&A lifecycle, particularly in separation and/or integration projects.
- Cross-border deal experience between the US/EU and/or US/APAC is advantageous.
- A comprehensive understanding of specific business functions in the deal environment, such as Marketing & Sales, Supply Chain, and IT.
- Experience in several of the following areas:
- Leading parts of a separation/integration program and managing a PMO (IMO and/or SMO)
- Planning and executing separations and/or integrations
- Creating Integration & Separation (Carve-Out) Readiness Assessments and preparing for Day 1, Day 100, and Day 2
- Operating Model Design and Implementation
- Creating Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs), including pricing, and developing corresponding TSA exit plans
- You are comfortable advising clients across various industries, with a proven track record in the Consumer Markets industry being a distinct advantage.
