Your Skill Set
- Master's degree (or comparable degrees) with a minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience in deal and/or consulting projects at a renowned consulting firm or Big4.
- Strong project management skills and hands-on experience throughout the M&A lifecycle, particularly in separation and/or integration projects.
- Cross-border deal experience between the US/EU and/or US/APAC is a notable advantage.
- Comprehensive understanding of specific business functions within the deal environment (e.g., Marketing & Sales, Supply Chain, IT).
- Experience in several of the following areas:
- Leading (part of) a separation/integration program and managing a PMO (IMO and/or SMO).
- Planning and executing separations and/or integrations.
- Creating Integration & Separation (Carve-Out) Readiness Assessments and preparing for Day 1, Day 100, and Day 2.
- Operating Model Design and Implementation.
- Creating TSAs (including pricing) and corresponding TSA exit plans.
- Comfortable advising clients across various industries; a proven track record in the Consumer Markets sector is beneficial.
