Your Impact

You will have the opportunity to pursue and deliver large and complex solutions to address our clients' security challenges through transformation programs. This includes implementing global initiatives in supply chain, operational technology (OT), identity and access management (IAM), and managed services transformation. You'll advise clients on defining their target operating models to effectively navigate IT-OT convergence, all while building a winning team to support our continued growth in this domain.

In this role, you will foster an environment where people and technology thrive together, enabling them to achieve more collectively than they could individually.

You will take ownership of developing strategic client relationships that drive exceptional outcomes for our people and stakeholders. Your influence will be crucial in facilitating the establishment of long-term partnerships that add significant value to both the firm and our clients.

Your Skill Set

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or industrial products.
• Strong communication, consulting, and persuasion skills.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German or French is a plus.
• Expertise in delivering complex security transformation projects.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with IT, risk management, manufacturing, and security teams.
• Proven ability to build strategic relationships with clients and vendors.
• Experience with cybersecurity functions (e.g., OT security, supply chain, incident response) and relevant regulations (NIS2, EU CRA).
• Leadership and business development experience in multicultural environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of industry standards (IEC-62243, NIST CS).
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, GICSP, etc.) are beneficial.
