Your Impact

You will have the opportunity to pursue and deliver large, complex initiatives aimed at addressing our clients' security challenges through Transformation programs. This includes overseeing Supply Chain, OT, IAM, and Managed Services Transformation on a global scale, and advising clients on how to define their Target Operating Models in order to navigate IT-OT convergence. Additionally, you will build and lead a winning team to further our exciting growth in this domain.

Your role will involve creating an environment where people and technology can thrive together, achieving results far beyond individual capabilities. You will drive and take ownership of developing strategic client relationships that prioritize the best outcomes for both our people and stakeholders. Furthermore, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the creation of long-term relationships that add substantial value to our firm and our clients.

Your Skill Set

• 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Pharma, or Industrial Products.
• Strong communication, consulting, and persuasion skills.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German or French is a plus.
• Expertise in delivering complex security transformation projects.
• Collaboration with IT, Risk, Manufacturing, and Security teams.
• Ability to build strategic relationships with clients and vendors.
• Experience with cybersecurity functions (e.g., OT Security, supply chain, incident response) and regulations (NIS2, EU CRA).
• Leadership and business development experience in multi-cultural environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of industry standards (IEC-62243, NIST CS).
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, GICSP, etc.) are a plus.
