Director of Competitions
Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and dynamic Director of Competitions to oversee our current events, including the Challenge Cup and Investec Champions Cup, with potential future responsibilities for the Women’s Champions Cup and World Club Cup. This role will be based in Lausanne and reports directly to the CEO.
Contract Details:
- Type of contract: Swiss, indefinite
- Compensation: Competitive base salary in CHF
- Car allowance: 10% company bonus
- Other benefits: Company phone, computer, and credit card
- 1 day flexible remote per week
- Additional off days to compensate for weekend work
Special Features of the Position:
- 8 weekends per year (Friday to Sunday) will be workdays
- A couple of additional weekends may be required for competitions
- Travel to various territories
Start Date:
The position is available immediately, with the season 25/26 commencing in December 2025.

- Potential to grow into the COO role
