We are recruiting on behalf of a global leader in retail supply chain operations for a long-term Direct Tax & Compliance Coordinator position. This part-time role offers a workload of 50%–60% and is based in Pratteln, Switzerland.

Position Overview
This role is perfect for a reliable and well-organized professional with a background in accounting or tax compliance who is seeking a long-term, stable part-time position in an international environment.
Your main responsibilities will include organizing, coordinating, and preparing compliance deliverables for various non-Swiss legal entities. You will gather financial data, prepare tax documents, coordinate signatures and deadlines, support tax advisors, and ensure that all compliance steps are accurately completed on time. This is not a career-track role and does not necessitate extensive technical tax expertise; a solid understanding of accounting or basic corporate tax concepts is sufficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and organize financial data for corporate income tax filings (non-Swiss entities)
- Coordinate with local offices, advisors, and internal teams regarding deadlines, documents, and signatures
- Prepare and maintain compliance documentation and schedules
- Support tax advisors with tax returns, tax payments, and related processes
- Monitor timelines and ensure deliverables are submitted on time
- Assist with transfer pricing documentation (no deep expertise required)
- Support tax audits by gathering necessary documents and information
- Maintain internal controls and process documentation

Must-Haves

- Able and willing to work 50–60% on a regular basis

- Experience in corporate income tax processes (any jurisdiction)
- Experience in administrative compliance roles
- Comfortable working with ERP systems (SAP experience is an advantage)
