If you are passionate about making an impact, we are looking for you!

To strengthen our team in the interdisciplinary emergency department of Clinic Hirslanden Zurich, we are seeking a dedicated professional educator with expertise in emergency care, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your Tasks

  • Specialist Responsibility in Training: You will support our students on their journey to become certified experts in NDS Emergency Care HF.
  • Teaching and Practical Transfer: You will design learning days and promote the theory-practice transfer in close collaboration with our training manager (ABV).
  • Teamwork at Eye Level: In a collegial environment, you will actively contribute to the interprofessional team—your role as a professional educator is firmly anchored in the team.
  • Development Perspective: You will have the opportunity to further develop with the SVEB II, with an option for later assuming the role of ABV.

  • Diploma NDS HF Emergency Care
  • SVEB I certificate (or equivalent training in adult education)
  • Enjoyment in imparting expertise and nurturing young talents
  • A high degree of responsibility, empathy, and team spirit

In addition to an attractive workplace on the right side of Lake Zurich, you can expect to collaborate with a well-coordinated inter- and multi-professional team. You will work with a modern medical clinic information system and can anticipate extensive training and development opportunities from us. To ensure optimal work-life balance, we offer flexible working conditions that allow parents to balance work duties and family responsibilities. We provide regionally competitive salaries and attractive social benefits, along with additional paid days off for employees who need to adjust fully for work (four additional paid days for 100% workload, proportionally reduced for part-time). Hourly wage employees benefit from equivalent financial compensation. These are just a few of the many reasons why Clinic Hirslanden is recognized as one of the most attractive employers in Swiss healthcare.
