Job Title: Digital Strategy & AI Manager
Position Summary
We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Digital Strategy & AI Manager to lead COLTENE’s digital transformation. This role will be responsible for defining and executing the digital roadmap, driving AI and data initiatives, and ensuring alignment with business objectives across global operations. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with technical fluency and a passion for innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy Leadership
- Define and evolve COLTENE’s digital strategy in alignment with corporate goals and market trends.
- Lead cross-functional digital initiatives, including mobile platforms, CRM, MarCom, and digital services like myCOLTENE.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to prioritize digital investments and ensure measurable business impact.
AI & Data Program Management
- Develop and implement an enterprise-wide AI roadmap, including use cases in customer service, operations, and product innovation.
- Lead the creation of a centralized data lake and ensure robust data governance and security.
- Drive adoption of AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, LLM-based chatbots, and predictive analytics.
Project & Team Leadership
- Build and lead a cross-functional team of digital specialists, data scientists, and external partners.
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring milestones, budgets, and KPIs are met.
- Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a digital ambassador across the organization, promoting awareness and adoption of digital tools.
- Partner with business units to identify digital opportunities and translate them into actionable projects.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging technologies for strategic fit.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, AI, or data-driven roles, ideally in a manufacturing or healthcare context.
- Proven track record in leading digital and AI projects from concept to execution.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, data architecture, and AI technologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM, PIM, PLM, and MarCom platforms.
- Familiarity with regulatory and ethical considerations in AI deployment.
- Knowledge of the dental or medical device industry is a plus.
