YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a Digital Experience Specialist to manage, enhance, and improve the digital experience on the Maison's corporate website. The Digital Experience Specialist is responsible for ensuring that the website reflects the high standards of Vacheron Constantin across all pages and in all languages. This individual will maintain a comprehensive overview of website activities, overseeing content strategy, roadmap execution, and the management of content, translation, and design agencies, as well as digital performance.
PLAYING YOUR PART, YOU WILL:
- Website Content Management:
- Collaborate with Brand Content, Media, Digital Activations, and Commercial teams to define and implement the Maison's website content strategy and roadmap.
- Coordinate and support content creation on the website with internal teams and external agencies.
- Manage and oversee content implementation.
- Define product assortments and support novelty launches and e-merchandising strategy with internal teams.
- Website Performance:
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPI).
- Develop and support a search strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies on UX/UI optimization strategies.
- Conduct research and benchmarks on web UX/UI trends and competitor practices.
- Website Product Evolutions:
- Work with the Digital Products team to define, prioritize, and validate the product evolution roadmap.
- Specify necessary evolutions.
- Support testing efforts.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?
Success in this role will require:
- A Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Immediate availability.
- Proven experience in a digital, social media, or marketing role, including CMS management experience within the luxury industry.
- Proficiency in Content Management Systems, Figma, Photoshop, Office Suite, and Google Analytics.
- Project management and analytics skills (Google Analytics & Hotjar), as well as UX/UI optimization experience (AB Tasty) would be advantageous.
- A service-oriented attitude and eagerness to work across multi-functional teams.
- Strong command of French and English.
