YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a Digital Experience Specialist to manage, enrich, and enhance the digital experience on our corporate website. The Digital Experience Specialist will ensure that the website embodies the high standards of Vacheron Constantin across all pages and languages. This role involves overseeing website content strategy and roadmap execution, managing content, translation and design agencies, as well as monitoring digital performance.
PLAYING YOUR PART, YOU WILL:
- Website Content Management:
- Collaborate with Brand Content, Media, Digital Activations, and Commercial teams to define and implement the Maison's website content strategy and roadmap.
- Coordinate content creation for the website with internal teams and external agencies.
- Manage and oversee content implementation.
- Work with internal teams to define product assortments, support new launches, and devise the e-merchandising strategy.
- Website Performance:
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPI).
- Define and support search strategy initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop a UX/UI optimization strategy.
- Conduct research and benchmarking on web UX/UI trends and competitors.
- Website Product Evolutions:
- Work with the Digital Products team to define, prioritize, and validate the product evolution roadmap.
- Specify evolution needs.
- Support testing efforts.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Availability to start immediately.
- Proven experience in a digital, social media, or marketing role, including CMS management experience within the luxury sector.
- Proficiency in Content Management Systems, Figma, Photoshop, Office Suite, and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with project management, analytics (Google Analytics & Hotjar), and UX/UI optimization tools (AB Tasty) would be a plus.
- A service-oriented mindset and the desire to work within a multi-functional team.
- Strong command of both French and English.
