About the Role

Our client, a major international sports confederation responsible for managing global baseball and softball competitions, is looking for a student to support their Media & Communication team. This is a 40% mission for a duration of 3 months, starting on March 3rd.

As a Footage & Digital Asset Coordinator, you will play a key role in streamlining the organization’s media library. You will be responsible for sorting large volumes of video and photo content, ensuring high-quality archives are properly stored and accessible to international partners via cloud platforms.

Work Tasks

  • Sort and organize the existing stock of photo and video assets.
  • Verify the quality of video and photo archives.
  • Transfer high-quality video archives to the official YouTube channel.
  • Upload and categorize photo archives onto the Flickr account.
  • Identify and remove duplicate files across local storage and Google Drive.
  • Ensure easy access to digital assets for international colleagues.

We Are Looking For

  • Currently a student.
  • Basic knowledge of digital asset management or video tools; ability to work independently.
  • English only (French is an asset).
  • A highly organized, curious, and proactive personality.
