Your Qualifications

• Must: 3 years of experience in implementing and operating infrastructure and platform tools for AI applications, particularly cloud and container platforms.
• Must: Knowledge of technical governance related to architectural decisions and dependencies, ensuring solutions align with business requirements for production usability, demonstrated in at least 2 projects.
• Must: Experience throughout the software development lifecycle of AI-supported applications using Python or similar technologies, including developing and evaluating production-related applications and APIs from at least 2 projects.
• Must: Proficiency in monitoring performance, availability, and errors in applications and platforms, utilizing logging, metrics, tracing, and AI-specific telemetry for stable operation and rapid error resolution from one project.
• Must: Ability to document architecture, interfaces, configurations, and operational processes logically, creating runbooks and handover documents to ensure long-term operational capability from one project.
• Should: Experience in development and operations during production rollout, troubleshooting, and coordinating releases, translating business requirements into tangible technical actions from one project.
• Should: Expertise in automating build, test, configuration, and deployment of solutions, implementing secure, reproducible deployments along with automated system, functional, and integration tests as well as reliable rollbacks, guiding user acceptance tests from one project.
• Should: Familiarity with translating data protection, security, and governance requirements into technical controls, identifying and mitigating risks including prompt injection, data leakage, and misuse from one project.
• Should: Ability to track models and prompt versions, results, approvals, and actions systematically, designing roles, rights, and human approvals as per usage scenarios from at least 2 projects.
• Should: Experience with agent workflows involving tools, states, knowledge access, and controlled actions to ensure reliable support for professional tasks, minimizing unintended or unauthorized actions from one project.
• Should: Knowledge of providing proprietary information in a controlled manner for AI solutions, considering data quality, timeliness, permissions, and source origins from one project.
• Should: Ability to manage versioning and rollout for models, prompts, and evaluations competently, monitoring the quality and behavior of solutions in operation for secure change releases from one project.
• Should: Insight into making costs and latency of AI usage transparent, leveraging quotas, budgets, caching, or model selection to enhance economic utility in business areas from one project.

Your Tasks

• Consult on IT security and governance measures, advising on data protection and compliance with a focus on AI workflows and system architecture.
• Analyze and evaluate existing solutions concerning architecture, scalability, integration, and operational capability.
• Implement prioritized recommendations into a production-ready solution, including architecture hardening and API integration.
• Manage and maintain CI/CD pipelines, overseeing release management and quality assurance.
• Benchmark and evaluate AI models based on essential KPIs, quality, performance, cost-effectiveness, and robustness.
