Your Mission

As part of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading Experimental Testing Campaigns: Overseeing testing campaigns to ensure accurate and reliable results.
  • Coordinating Technical Discussions: Aligning stakeholders and sharing insights during technical discussions.
  • Analyzing Campaign Results: Examining the results of campaigns to extract meaningful conclusions.
  • Relating Experiments to Development Strategy: Connecting experiments to the overall development strategy and modeling efforts.

Your Story

We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

  • Educational Background: A degree in process engineering or mechanical engineering with relevant process exposure.
  • Experimental Work: Proven experience in conducting experimental work and applying practical methods.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing data to support informed decision-making.
  • Hands-On Experience: Practical experience in experimental work environments.
  • Personal Attributes: A pragmatic team player who can thrive under pressure.
  • Language Skills and Travel: Proficiency in English and a willingness to travel occasionally.

Salary ranges are defined based on the job’s level of seniority and the local market median for similar positions, according to external benchmark surveys. Individual compensation will reflect your skills, experience, and the value you bring to our team.

Formalities

This position is located in Opfikon, Zurich, and we require you to work onsite at least three days each week. The percentage in the job title denotes flexibility—you can choose between full-time or part-time based on what suits you best.
