This crucial position is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company's human resources development programs. The primary focus is on enhancing the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees to align with the organization's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Training and Development:
- Design and implement training programs that address company needs and facilitate employee development.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Coordinate with external training providers and manage training budgets.
- Talent Management:
- Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and nurture high-potential employees.
- Oversee succession planning and career development initiatives.
- Conduct talent assessments and provide coaching and development plans.
- Performance Management:
- Design and manage the performance appraisal process.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance management practices.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve morale and productivity.
- Conduct employee surveys and analyze results to inform HR strategies.
- Foster a positive work environment through recognition programs and employee feedback mechanisms.
- HR Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR development programs with business objectives.
- Develop HR policies and procedures related to employee development and performance.
- Monitor and report on key HR metrics and trends.
- HRBP HQ & International:
- Work with managers to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and onboard new hires.
- Facilitate performance reviews, talent assessments, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
- Advise on competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Participate in salary reviews and benefit negotiations.
- Contribute to organizational development initiatives, including culture change programs and process improvements.
- Help to create a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR, focusing on training and development, talent management, and performance management.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in designing and delivering effective training programs.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
