Key Responsibilities
- Training and Development: Design and implement training programs that address company needs and employee development; evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments; coordinate with external training providers and manage training budgets.
- Talent Management: Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop high-potential employees; oversee succession planning and career development initiatives; conduct talent assessments and provide coaching and development plans.
- Performance Management: Design and manage the performance appraisal process; offer guidance to managers on performance management practices; analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and productivity; conduct employee surveys and analyze results to inform HR strategies; foster a positive work environment through recognition programs and employee feedback mechanisms.
- HR Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with senior management to align HR development programs with business objectives; develop HR policies and procedures related to employee development and performance; monitor and report on key HR metrics and trends.
- HRBP HQ & International: Play a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining talent; work with managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies; facilitate performance reviews, talent assessments, succession planning, and leadership development programs; advise on compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with market trends; contribute to organizational development initiatives such as culture change programs and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR, specifically in training and development, talent management, and performance management.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
