Responsibilities

As a Development Engineer, you will lead the development of Exhaust Aftertreatment Systems (EATS), overseeing responsibilities that include:

• Defining technical specifications and requirements for EATS components while ensuring alignment with project targets.
• Planning and coordinating development and validation activities, including test plans, prototypes, calibration maturity, measurements, and resources.
• Coordinating EATS testing on engine test benches, analyzing results, and driving troubleshooting and problem-solving activities.
• Managing Design Verification Plan (DVP) and Reporting activities, as well as supporting Quality Gates.
• Serving as the technical reference for EATS suppliers, contributing to the definition and maintenance of EATS-related software.

Profile

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Diploma in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in EATS, exhaust systems, or hardware development.
• Experience with DEF dosing systems is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of exhaust aftertreatment systems and catalyst technologies.
• Good understanding of EATS simulation (1D/3D with basic CFD knowledge), FMEA, and DVPnR methodology.
• Knowledge in measurement and data acquisition (CSM, Vector).
