Role Overview
You will work across various functions within a small, highly innovative company, contributing to the development of cutting-edge solutions in quality inspection.
Your Responsibilities
- Software Development for Metrology Tools:
- Design and implement software controls for optics, lighting, and 3D scanning systems used in automated quality inspection.
- Develop intuitive and efficient GUI components.
- Collaboration & Integration:
- Assist the Lead Developer in testing, debugging, and code integration to ensure seamless system operation.
Essential Skills
- Full proficiency in C++ (primary development language)
- Experience with C++ build systems (CMake, vcpkg, etc.)
- A verifiable portfolio showcasing relevant projects
- Proficiency in written English (for documentation)
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to an agile environment
- Swiss citizenship or C, B, or S permit
Advantages
- Familiarity with Python and C#
- Prior experience with metrology tools or 3D scanning systems
- Knowledge of TwinCAT and PLC
