Ensure operational activities related to handling and storage are maintained consistently. You will lead, coordinate, and support employees, ensuring compliance with all processes and work instructions. Your role will involve optimizing the use of resources and personnel in day-to-day operations.
Your daily presence in the warehouse and handling area is essential. You will monitor and coordinate work activities, recognizing problems early and addressing them directly to maintain a smooth workflow.
Identifying errors, damages, and process deviations at the earliest stage is crucial. You will document these deviations, forward reports to hub managers and logistics planning, and make recurring issues visible, escalating them as necessary.
In this role, you will identify damaged or non-compliant goods and document any non-loadings accurately. It is important to inform transport planning and hub managers immediately of any issues. Please note that you should not make independent decisions regarding replacement deliveries.
You will ensure that all processes are recorded in the system and that delivery notes and documents are completed thoroughly. Additionally, you must not allow side agreements or unofficial processes to undermine operational integrity.
