• Workload: 60% - 100%, flexible

Your Role: As Deputy Nursery Manager / Junior Centre Lead, you will support the Centre Manager in the operational and pedagogical leadership of the centre. This role combines hands-on work with children and increasing leadership responsibilities.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the Centre Manager in daily operations and team coordination
• Guide and support children in their development while organizing a creative and structured daily routine
• Plan and implement educational activities based on our bespoke curriculum
• Ensure high pedagogical quality and compliance with internal standards
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with parents
• Help create a safe, positive, and professional working environment
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the team and centre processes

This role offers the opportunity to grow into a full leadership position.

What You Bring

• CACHE Level 3 Diploma (with or without Swiss recognition) or equivalent qualification
• Experience in childcare along with initial leadership experience (or a strong interest in stepping into leadership)
• Passion for early childhood education
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Team spirit, reliability, and a proactive mindset
• Motivation for professional and personal development
