Your Role

As the Deputy Nursery Manager / Junior Centre Lead, you will support the Centre Manager in the operational and pedagogical leadership of the centre. This role blends hands-on work with children alongside increasing leadership responsibilities.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the Centre Manager in daily operations and team coordination.
• Guide and support children in their development while organizing a creative and structured daily routine.
• Plan and implement educational activities based on our bespoke curriculum.
• Ensure high pedagogical quality and compliance with internal standards.
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with parents.
• Help create a safe, positive, and professional working environment.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the team and centre processes.

This role offers the opportunity to grow into a full leadership position.

What You Bring

• CACHE Level 3 Diploma (with or without Swiss recognition) or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in childcare along with initial leadership experience or a strong interest in stepping into leadership.
• A passion for early childhood education.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Team spirit, reliability and a proactive mindset.
• Motivation for professional and personal development.
