Your Role: As Deputy Nursery Manager / Junior Centre Lead, you will support the Centre Manager in the operational and pedagogical leadership of the centre. This position combines hands-on work with children and growing leadership responsibilities.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the Centre Manager in daily operations and team coordination.
- Guide and support children in their development while organizing a creative and structured daily routine.
- Plan and implement educational activities based on our bespoke curriculum.
- Ensure high pedagogical quality and compliance with internal standards.
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with parents.
- Help create a safe, positive, and professional working environment.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the team and centre processes.
This role offers the opportunity to grow into a full leadership position.
What You Bring
- CACHE Level 3 Diploma (with or without Swiss recognition) or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in childcare and initial leadership experience (or strong interest in stepping into leadership).
- Passion for early childhood education.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Team spirit, reliability, and a proactive mindset.
