Your Role: As Deputy Nursery Manager / Junior Centre Lead, you support the Centre Manager in the operational and pedagogical leadership of the centre. You will combine hands-on work with children alongside increasing leadership responsibilities.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the Centre Manager in daily operations and team coordination
- Guide and support children in their development while organizing a creative and structured daily routine
- Plan and implement educational activities based on our bespoke curriculum
- Ensure high pedagogical quality and compliance with internal standards
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with parents
- Create a safe, positive, and professional working environment
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the team and centre processes
This role offers the opportunity to grow into a full leadership position.
What You Bring
- CACHE Level 3 Diploma (with or without Swiss recognition) or equivalent qualification
- Experience in childcare and initial leadership experience (or a strong interest in stepping into leadership)
- Passion for early childhood education
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Team spirit, reliability, and a proactive mindset
