Deputy Nominated Person Continuing Airworthiness (DNPCA)

Based in north-western Switzerland, Aero Group is a well-established EASA Part-CAMO organization. We hold certifications for both piston and turbine airplanes, as well as piston and turbine helicopters, including capabilities in electrical and avionics. Main Responsibilities

  • Establishment and follow-up of maintenance policy and program, submission to FOCA for approval.
  • Planning and following up on Line and Base maintenance activities.
  • Work planning, issuing work-orders, and coordinating resources to support the CAMO work program.
  • Executing all maintenance activities in accordance with the maintenance contract.
  • Technical follow-up and analysis of Aircraft Technical Log entries.
  • Verification of work reports, technical records, and aircraft release to service from contracted organizations.
  • Verification of modifications and repairs to ensure compliance with approved standards.
  • Management of Airworthiness Directives and retention of continuing airworthiness records.
  • Overseeing the embodiment of the operator's optional modification policy, including defect rectification and follow-up of MEL/HIL.
  • Monitoring and amending the CAME, and submitting proposed amendments to FOCA.
  • Communicating with internal and external partners on matters required by the Operator, while maintaining and building customer relationships.
  • Coordinating maintenance activities with contracted Part-145 and Flight Operations.
  • Assisting the NPCA in the evaluation of ADs, SBs, and SILs.
  • Executing “Aviation Design Project” orders when required.
  • Assisting the NPCA and CMM (Compliance Monitoring Manager) with internal auditing and reviewing all CAMO processes in accordance with Part-145 maintenance providers’ MOE and CAME.
  • Navigating and comprehending company, aircraft manufacturer manuals, and EASA regulations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar position preferred, with at least 5 years’ experience in maintenance control activities, or a minimum of 2 years’ experience if holding a maintenance certification license in category B1, B2, or C (or an equivalent license).
  • Strong knowledge of the aviation field.
  • Relevant technical education.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and possessing good IT skills.
  • Possessing an excellent reputation, with a clean criminal record and certificates from debt collection registers.
  • Proficient and fluent in French and English; knowledge of German or other European languages is an advantage.
  • Strong management skills with natural leadership, along with reliability, accuracy, and a willingness to take on responsibility.
  • Eligible to work in Switzerland; established in Switzerland or willing to relocate to the Neuchâtel region.
