Based in north-western Switzerland, Aero Group is a well-established EASA Part-CAMO organization, holding ratings for piston and turbine airplanes, as well as pistons and turbine helicopters, including electrical and avionics capabilities. We strive to provide our customers with demonstrated craftsmanship, fulfilling current regulations in both the field of Initial and Continuing Airworthiness. We are currently recruiting for the position of:

Deputy Nominated Person Continuing Airworthiness (DNPCA)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish and follow up on maintenance policy and program; submit to FOCA for approval.
  • Plan and oversee Line and Base maintenance.
  • Coordinate work planning, issue work orders, and monitor resources for the CAMO work program.
  • Carry out all maintenance activities according to the maintenance contract.
  • Conduct technical follow-ups and analyze Aircraft Technical Logs.
  • Verify work reports, technical records, and aircraft release to service from contracted organizations.
  • Ensure modifications and repairs are performed to an approved standard.
  • Oversee embodiment and status of Airworthiness Directives and maintain continuing airworthiness records.
  • Implement operator aircraft optional modification embodiment policies; rectify defects and monitor MEL/HIL.
  • Monitor and amend the CAME and submit proposed amendments to FOCA.
  • Communicate with internal and external partners on matters required by the Operator; maintain and build customer relationships.
  • Coordinate maintenance with the contracted Part-145 and Flight Ops for all maintenance activities.
  • Assist the NPCA in evaluating ADs, SBs, and SILs.
  • Execute “Aviation Design Project” orders when required.
  • Support the NPCA and CMM (Compliance Monitoring Manager) with internal auditing and review all CAMO processes in accordance with Part-145 maintenance providers’ MOE and CAME.
  • Navigate and comprehend company, aircraft manufacturer manuals, and EASA regulations.

Requirements:

  • Ideally possess previous experience in a similar position with at least 5 years in maintenance control activities; or 2 years in maintenance control activities if holding or having held a maintenance certification license in category B1, B2, or C; or an equivalent license.
  • Strong knowledge in the aviation field.
  • Technical education background.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and good IT skills.
  • Excellent reputation with a clean criminal record and valid certificates from the debt collection register.
  • Proficient and fluent in French and English; knowledge of German or other European languages is a plus.
  • Strong management skills with natural leadership ability; reliability, accuracy, and a willingness to accept responsibility.
  • Eligible to work in Switzerland; either established in Switzerland or willing to relocate to the Neuchâtel region.
