Role, Function, and Supervisor

Position: Deputy Head of SAP Consulting Services

Supervisor: Head of SAP Consulting Services

Main Tasks and Focus

• Enhance the capability/service portfolio of SAP Consulting Services within the DACH region.
• Manage approximately 200 SAP consultants.
• Provide content leadership for all SAP topics across various modules.
• Oversee the process from proposal to delivery.
• Act as the C-level contact for major national and international SAP transformation projects.
• Serve as a liaison to SAP, DSAG, and the broader SAP ecosystem.

Requirements Profile

• 10 years of leadership experience in SAP consulting/services.
• Demonstrated success in large SAP transformation projects (ideally S/4HANA).
• Strong professional network within the SAP ecosystem.
• A commitment to driving and shaping the SAP consulting offerings as an innovator.
• Solid academic background and professional training.
• An ambitious personality with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong ethical values.
• Confident and adaptable in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
