Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Cross-Functional Consultant with a proven track record of delivering transformative projects in regulated industries, particularly in pharmaceuticals. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the SAP Logistics area, specializing in delivering solutions for personalized medicine. This position requires strong project management skills and the ability to navigate complex IT landscapes. The role entails leading end-to-end solution design, deployment, and integration projects while ensuring compliance with GxP and global regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP implementation and upgrade projects across various modules and integrated systems.
- Design and implement end-to-end flows in SAP for managing Vein to Door scenarios for personalized medicine.
- Establish master and transactional data flows in a compliant and optimized manner, ensuring patient data privacy and adherence to local regulations.
- Drive technical integration between SAP and third-party tools (e.g., PLM, BTP, SFDC systems).
- Manage deployment projects using hybrid Agile/Waterfall methodologies for global rollouts.
- Oversee data migration processes and compliance checks.
- Conduct risk assessments and steering committee reporting, ensuring adherence to GxP and GDPR regulations.
- Facilitate project tollgates, quality reviews, and transition phases for complex IT programs.
- Provide leadership in change management, training strategies, and stakeholder engagement.
Required Skills & Expertise
- SAP Modules: BTP, MM, LE, ILM.
- Project Management: IT project delivery, Agile/Scrum, Waterfall.
- Integration: SAP with PLM and other third-party systems.
- Compliance: GxP, GDPR, supplier risk management.
- Technical Skills: Data migration, interface design, solution architecture.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience: 15+ years in SAP consulting, with leadership roles in global projects.
- Industry: Pharmaceutical or other regulated environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Certifications in SAP Logistics (SD/MM), Agile/Scrum, and Project Management are a plus.
