Job Description

As the Department Head, you will be responsible for planning and executing revisions, repairs, service, and maintenance work. Along with managing technical aspects, you will also oversee the personnel management of the maintenance team. Your role will involve the continuous optimization of maintenance processes while actively collaborating with your team to resolve any technical disturbances within the systems.

We Expect

The ideal candidate for this position should meet the following criteria:

• Technical vocational training in the field of mechanics.
• Additional training in mechanical disciplines to enhance your skills.
• Several years of experience in maintenance.
• Previous leadership experience is advantageous, or a strong desire to step into a leadership role.
• Goal-oriented with an organized approach to work.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to meeting requirements.
• Ability to maintain composure in hectic situations.
• A genuine enjoyment of working with and leading a team.
