Responsibilities

  • Respect the production schedule according to the meal plan and effectively manage service operations.
  • Order, receive, and control fresh goods in compliance with current standards.
  • Engage positively with the production kitchen at Bulle Campus to foster collaboration.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen following the Weekly Cleaning Plan.
  • Exhibit best practices in work methods while demonstrating a strong understanding of inventory management.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of various cooking methods, sauces, food products, and kitchen equipment.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of HACCP practices.

Profile and Experience

  • CFC Cuisinier or equivalent qualification.
  • Pedagogic certificate is an asset.
  • Nearly 3 years of cooking experience or 2 years as a Demi-chef de partie in a reputable establishment.
  • Participation in pedagogic workshops.
  • Fluency in French and English.
