Your Mission

You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the planning, forecasting, and procurement activities for the customers and products under your jurisdiction. Serving as the key communication link between internal teams and external partners, you will ensure alignment and transparency throughout the planning process. As a proactive business partner, you will execute management decisions, monitor forecasts, and provide insightful recommendations based on demand adjustments. In our dynamic and fast-changing environment, your role will be crucial in anticipating demand, adapting to the high flexibility requested by our markets, minimizing risks, and supporting continuous business improvement.

In Addition, You Will

  • Develop demand forecasts and analyze historical data and trends.
  • Lead the procurement of your commodities by optimizing inventory levels and costs.
  • Conduct strong follow-up on supplier orders, including escalations.
  • Issue, explain, and communicate suppliers’ forecasts.
  • Coordinate production planning and supplier deliveries to meet our customers' flexible demands.
  • Lead inventory targets (including safety stock strategy), reporting, proposing solutions, and communicating effectively.
  • Ensure timely and quality reporting.

Your Profile

  • Master’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or business.
  • APICS certification is a plus.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in Excel and forecasting tools.
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems – supply chain modules.
  • Advanced proficiency in English and French.
