Your Impact
As a member of the Deals Strategy & Operations team, you will utilize AI tools to support our Deals and Transformation teams in delivering top-notch services. Your primary focus will be on clients in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly large companies based in the USA, collaborating closely with our US network and colleagues.
- Assist clients in optimizing their legal structures through processes such as legal rationalization and separations.
- Collaborate with our Deals and Advisory services on significant deals and transformations, which requires experience in managing complex project structures across various regions.
- Contribute to our rapidly expanding deals practice, a leading provider of M&A consulting services in Switzerland, by leveraging AI-based tools effectively.
Your Skill Set
- You hold a Master's degree related to the healthcare industry, such as healthcare administration, healthcare service provision, health insurance, or health regulations.
- You have a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience, ideally acquired in the industry or at consulting firms like Big4.
- You have a proven track record of successfully utilizing AI-supported tools in previous roles to assist organizations in managing and analyzing extensive datasets.
- Experience in M&A execution related to business integrations and carve-outs, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end transaction process.
- You possess project management expertise and the ability to oversee a Project Management Office (PMO) across multiple workstreams and geographies.
- Previous experience working in the USA or for an American company is considered advantageous.
