As a member of the Deals Financial Services team, you will focus on leveraging AI tools to support our Deals and Transformation teams in delivering exceptional services.
Your primary focus will be on clients within the financial services industry, particularly large insurance companies, where you will collaborate closely with our US network and colleagues.
- Assist clients in optimizing their legal structures through processes such as legal rationalization and separations.
- Collaborate with our Deals and Advisory services on significant deals and transformations, drawing upon your experience in managing complex project structures across various regions.
- Contribute to our rapidly expanding deals practice, a leading provider of M&A consulting services in Switzerland, by effectively leveraging AI-based tools.
Your Skill Set
- You hold a Master's degree in business administration or a related field.
- You possess a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience, ideally gained in the industry or at consulting firms such as Big4.
- You have a proven ability to utilize AI-supported tools in previous roles, helping organizations manage and analyze extensive datasets.
- Your experience includes M&A execution related to business integrations and carve-outs within the financial services industry, particularly in insurance, showcasing your comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end transaction process.
- You offer project management expertise and have the capability to oversee a Project Management Office (PMO) across multiple workstreams and geographies.
