About the Role

We are seeking a student to work part-time as a Data Transmission Inspector for our client, an international Medtech company. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the seamless flow of critical cardiac data from patients to healthcare providers. As a member of the Cardiac Rhythm Management unit, you will investigate system hurdles and verify data accuracy each morning, contributing to life-saving medical treatments. You Are Offered

Work Tasks:

  • Investigate why specific data transmissions were not pushed into the internal systems
  • Analyze and determine necessary corrections for data discrepancies
  • Execute data transmissions within internal software before the daily noon deadline
  • Identify and report significant data errors to the management team
  • Process sensitive personal medical data with high levels of responsibility
  • Collaborate with the Western Europe Patient Care Systems team to ensure data integrity
  • Manage daily workloads efficiently within a morning time window

We Are Looking For:

  • Current student status in any field of study
  • Advanced (C1-C2) English proficiency, as all documentation and communication is conducted in English
  • Good computer literacy and comfort using specialized internal software
  • High level of diligence and a detail-oriented mindset to prevent errors
  • Availability every morning (Monday to Friday) for approximately 2 hours
  • Trustworthy and responsible personality
